We return to one of the oldest and most primitive methods of cooking inspired by the unique flavors that only smoke, and flame can impart to bread, meat, fish and vegetables. Aspects of the menu will be influenced or tastes imbued through ingredients that have been touched by the flames
The centerpiece of the restaurant reveals our fire pit, fired oven and Syrian traditional “Tanoor”.
